From Humble Beginnings to Real Estate SuccessÂ
I wasn’t born into success. I carved my own path, starting from a small apartment with no bedroom and no clear future. Real estate changed everything for me, turning dreams into reality. Now, I’m here to share my story and the strategies that got me here, so you can achieve the success and freedom you deserve.
I wasn't always on the path to success.
In fact, I graduated high school with a 2.7 GPA, and my family didn’t have much. We lived in an apartment for 12 years, and for a while, I slept on the living room floor—no proper bedroom, just a blanket and the drive to change my future. I dropped out of college after just two semesters, unsure of where to go next. But that’s when I learned about a family friend who had gone from delivering pizzas to becoming a successful real estate investor, building a large portfolio with passive income. That story sparked something in me, and I knew real estate was my way forward.
At just 21, I got my Real Estate license.
I knew absolutely nothing about the industry—my family had never owned a home, I didn’t have any connections, and my network was practically non-existent. But what I lacked in experience, I made up for in sheer determination and work ethic. Early in my career, I was mentored by Donny Samson, now the CEO of Samson Properties, one of the largest independent brokerages in the U.S. Back when Donny was building his team, he noticed my energy, commitment, and how quickly I responded. He saw something in me and brought me on board, giving me the opportunity to learn from the ground up.
After eight months of absorbing everything I could, I decided to take the leap and go solo with my brother.
By my third year, I became a top producer, steadily building momentum by working with first-time home buyers and lower price points. In my fourth year, I bought myself a Mercedes AMG C43 and celebrated my success with a trip to California, where I rented a Lamborghini—which ignited new dreams and goals for me.
By year five, I had begun investing in real estate.
Buying both personal and rental properties. On my 26th birthday, I bought my dream car, a Lamborghini, and that’s when I realized that real estate wasn’t just a job—it was a lifestyle. It gave me the freedom to live life on my terms, to build wealth and invest strategically with confidence. I started flipping properties almost every month, growing my business through referrals and repeat clients. The momentum didn’t stop there. By 2019, I had hit $100 million in sales volume, which opened the door for me to start mentoring others.
